SANDS CHINA VOLUNTEERS BUILD 40K HYGIENE KITS FOR CHARITY
A total of around 350 volunteers from Sands China and local community groups worked together on the 13th of December 2019, at The Venetian Macao to put together 40,000 hygiene kits for Clean the World’s (CTW) hygiene programs.
Each kit contained soap collected from Las Vegas Sands (LVS) properties around the world, which are then recycled through CTW’s soap sterilization and re-manufacturing process. The kits also contain shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, washcloths, toothbrush, toothpaste and a message card. The hygiene kits will benefit global charity Children International, who will distribute them to families in need in the Philippines.
The community event is an annual worldwide volunteer effort from LVS; this year’s global event assembled a total of 100,000 kits globally, which will help CTW provide hygiene supplies that are essential for good health and preventing the spread of disease to populations in need around the globe.

約350名來自金沙中國的義工聯同本澳社區團體今天來到澳門威尼斯人，攜手製作40,000個衛生用品福袋，為社會企業潔世製作100,000個福袋的全球目標貢獻力量。福袋製作全球志願活動由金沙中國母公司拉斯維加斯金沙集團發起，為有需要人士改善健康及衛生狀況。每個衛生福袋內備有肥皂、洗髮水、護髮素、毛巾、牙刷及牙膏，以環保袋包裝；當中的肥皂是潔世從拉斯維加斯金沙集團旗下全球各酒店回收及消毒處理後循環再造而成。
金沙中國連續第六年為潔世製作福袋，今年製作的40,000個福袋將經由Children International送往菲律賓為有需要家庭解困。
